Profit and Loss – This is the “numbers” portion – input your estimated costs and forecasted sales (from bottom-up forecast) for twelve months and 3 years (annually for years 1 & 2 is ok).

Budget Narrative – This is the summary portion to help me understand your “numbers” portion.  In this narrative, explain your bottom up forecast, explain your largest costs and why they are important, and explain your assumptions.
