I’m Lisa Neal, 28 years old and living in Fort Myers, Florida. I’m currently a preschool teacher and I’ve been doing it for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, there is no HR department in my company and I haven’t much experience in the HR field. I work at a small company and I wished that we had a HR department. I’m pursuing a degree in Human Resources because I strongly believe in the important of the department. I want to be there and give employees a voice. I would like to eventually be a human resources director.
