Interpretation of facorial ANOVA statistical test

Research question: What effect do gender and employment status have on trust in the government index in African regions today. To answer these questions, there are three sets of hypotheses which are:

Hypothesis 1:

Ho: There is no significant effect of gender on trust in government index .

Hypothesis 2:

Ho: There is no significant impact of employment status on trust in government.

Hypothesis 3:

Ho: There is no significant interaction between employment status and gender on trust in government index.

I used the 2 x2 factorial ANOVA to run this analysis (attached). Can you interepret these results please?
