Java program-Data comparison and correlation

Hi, I need someone to write me a code that would read in the two attached CSV sheets and would compare how many times the streets matched and print out the whole line of the of that particular data.

The code should output  the number of how many streets matched, and output  the lines with the matched streets from both files.
