Six articles that I have chosen to summarize for my research include the following:

The Benner Theory is focused on five levels of expertise five levels of proficiency: * novice * advanced beginner * competent * proficient * expert and the process nurses use to mature in the nursing profession. The nurses volunteered feedback about their experience in the nurse mentor program (Jones, 2016).
